Rachele Petillo (graduate of the University of Turin in 2000, was admitted to the Bar in 2003).
She deals with civil, commercial and corporate law both in the judicial and extra-judicial spheres and has gained significant experience in business and corporate consulting in operations, reports and commercial contracts both nationally and internationally, as well as in international arbitrations. She has also dealt with the law of capital markets and antitrust law.
She worked as trainee lawyer at the Studio Legale Grande Stevens, where she worked until 2004; she also worked as an associate of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the London and Rome offices. From 2007 to 2013 she worked at the law firm Marco Rossi e Associati and she has been working at LabJus since it was founded.
She graduated with a degree in business law and in 2005 she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law in New York. In 2002, she attended the certified program "Understanding the United States Legal System" at the University of California, San Diego.
During her training at the Fordham University School of Law she worked with the Fordham Corporate Law Institute, as a member of the editorial staff of Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.
She has been registered with the New York State Bar since 2006.
